Gorgoli Toscana IGT, 2020

Gorgorli is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Sangiovese, rich in flavour despite its mid-weight frame. Lightly toasty and with gentle evolution. Notes of ripe red plum, raspberry jam, mushroom broth, and coffee on the rather complex palate. Tannins are rather supple and the wine is drinking very well now. A tinge of umami permeates the finish of very good length.
