This shows generous, typical malbec mulberry fruit inset with a touch of meatiness, pepper and herbs. It is quite full bodied, dense, smooth and sweet-edged mid-palate with fine tannin and a slightly sour-edged finish. Lots of dusty Mendoza sage. Very good length. Well balanced.

The Winery

An honest wine, which reflects our hard work, dedication, energy and passion.

San Rafael is an Oasis that is irrigated by the Atuel and the Diamante rivers, one of the wine regions for premium wine production in Argentina.

Soils are poor in organic matter, low rainfall and humidity are ideal conditions for healthy quality grapes.

Vineyards:

Grapes come from our vineyards in Villa Atuel, San Rafael and our vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza.

The vineyards are 700 and 1000 mts above sea level respectively.  Canopy management is conducted to obtain less than 12,000 kg per Hectare.
