About the Winery

Bodegas Landaluce is a quality-focused  winery based in Laguardia, at the heart of Rioja Alavesa. With a commitment to vineyard expression, sustainability, and low-intervention winemaking, the estate blends tradition and innovation to craft expressive wines with structure and finesse.

Region & Vineyards

Elle de Landaluce is made from Garnacha Blanca grown in Rioja Alavesa—Rioja’s northernmost subregion, prized for its altitude, limestone-rich soils, and Atlantic influence. These conditions bring freshness, minerality, and elegance to the wine.

The Garnacha Blanca vines grow at high elevations, where cooler nights preserve acidity and develop layered aromatics. The vineyards are organically farmed and hand-harvested, with yields kept low to enhance flavour concentration.

Winemaking

Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to retain purity and aromatics. A short period on lees adds subtle texture and complexity without losing freshness. The goal: an expressive, food-friendly white that captures the soul of Garnacha Blanca.

What Sets It Apart

  • 100% Garnacha Blanca from organically farmed high-altitude vineyards

  • From Rioja Alavesa—the region’s most refined and terroir-driven subzone

  • Rare white expression from a red-dominated DOC

  • No oak, just pure fruit and minerality

  • Made by a small, quality-driven team in Laguardia
