Domaine La Perdrière La Planne Red 2023 AOP Rasteau Cru, France $34. 95 per bottle- (ships 12x 750ml)
A single plateau cru-level Rasteau from 300 metres elevation overlooking the Dentelles. Clay and stone soils deliver depth, while altitude preserves freshness. Structured yet refined, with layered strawberry and cherry, silky tannins and a long mineral finish. A powerful Southern Rhône that shows precision and ageing potential.

A cru-level Rasteau of power and composure, from a single elevated parcel -structured, mineral and age-worthy, representing the estate at its most expressive.
About Domaine La Perdrière
Domaine La Perdrière is led by Vasco and Sonia Perdigão, whose philosophy blends northern Rhône precision with southern Rhône warmth. Vasco acquired the estate in 2010 after gaining experience in prestigious vineyards of the northern Côtes du Rhône, bringing a disciplined, site-driven approach to winemaking.
Located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vineyards benefit from limestone soils, varied exposures and the aromatic influence of the surrounding garrigue. Each parcel is harvested and vinified separately to preserve freshness, balance and terroir expression.
The estate focuses on a tight, progressive range including Côtes du Rhône, Sablet, Rasteau and Vacqueyras, each increasing in depth and structure. Farming practices emphasize soil vitality and restraint, with organic certification in Sablet and traditional vineyard management throughout.
What makes them unique is their commitment to finesse in a region often associated with power. These wines are structured but never heavy, fruit-driven but precise, and authentic expressions of place.
