The Zéphyr range also highlights Bordeaux Families' commitment to more sustainable viticulture through its HVE3 environmental certification.

Region and Vineyards

Bordeaux is one of the world's most celebrated wine regions, with a maritime climate and diverse soils that have made it particularly well suited to Cabernet Sauvignon.

Zéphyr Terroir comes from Entre-deux-Mers, the rolling wine country between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. The area's clay-limestone soils and temperate maritime climate help give the wine its balance of freshness and structure.

Cabernet Sauvignon is traditionally associated with the gravel-rich vineyards of Bordeaux's Left Bank, where well-drained soils help the grapes ripen and develop structure.

Zéphyr Terroir celebrates this heritage while offering a more accessible introduction to the region.
