A vibrant, enticing aromatic white made from organically-raised verdil, a rare grape variety which was nursed back from extinction by the Pérez family. The wine presents as lightly leesy with aromas of lemongrass, hay, lemon oil, lanolin and fresh linen. Starfruit, Asian pear, white grapefruit and peach mark the palate. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and lush but balanced by a tickle of acidity and a stony minerality. Exellent length. Vegan friendly.
