Our Wines
Rick Longoria seeks to produce wines that exhibit a purity of fruit and distinctive vineyard expression. His style can be briefly described as “balanced, elegant, rich, silky wines, true to varietal and vineyard source that will age well.” Longoria wines are often closer in style to European wines than the typical California wines.
This is due in part to his winemaking philosophy which is that wine is a natural food. That the ultimate enjoyment of wine is as a graceful and harmonious accompaniment to a meal, whether it be simple or sublime. While Longoria wines are enjoyable by themselves, it is with food that they really shine and reveal all of their nuances and textures.
