Capannelle , wine producers in Gaiole in Chianti, Siena, extends over about 20 hectares (16 of Vineyard) and produces about 80.000 bottles of wine a year.
Capannelle produces a limited number of bottles, 80.000 a year, divided among a Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG matured in barrels (25.000 bottles), Solare IGT aged in Barriques (30.000), a Chardonnay IGT aged and fermented in Barriques (10.000) and 50&50 (15.000, in collaboration with Avignonesi di Monteplulciano). It also produces 800 Litres of extra-virgin olive oil a year, the result of Leccino and Moraiolo variety selection.
