Brimoncourt is our tribute to these for-ever champagne values: elegance, independence, sharing and lightness. The founding idea of Champagne Brimoncourt is “to get back to the original DNA of champagne, to the time when it was a light and joyful wine, a wine that was drunk with friends, a wine for meeting with people but not at all formal.
Our Chardonnays, characterised by their fine bubbles and their floral notes, are made from the finest vintages of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly…) our Pinots Noir and Pinots Meunier stem from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley (Aÿ, Hautvillers, Mailly-Champagne, Avenay…)
